Elisa Bollazzi is an Italian artist and writer. She gave life to her Microcollection in 1990 at the Venice Biennale when almost by chance, picked up a few fragments that had accidentally fallen onto the floor from a fantastic work by Anish Kapoor. Those microparticles represented an intuition of a new form of creation!
I am here to proclaim the system as a creative act; the domestic as political; the method of dissemination as critical; narratives as defunct; meaning as evasive; cultural commodity as social; the ‘other’ as obsolete; enclosure as under attack.

Janko Matic was born in Zagreb, Croatia in 1980. He lives and works in London. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, Croatia in 2005.
Cruickshank brings the domestic object into a new space somewhere between its origin and end. Here, turning a brush into whistle, the usefulness of the former Is celebrated (when at rest) by the beautiful uselessness of the latter. Unrelated tasks are joined and whatever the small impediment, a marriage of true minds.
